Rajasthan Board Class 10 Results 2024: Girls Outperform, Nidhi Jain Tops

The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) announced the Class 10 results for 2024 at 5 pm on Wednesday. The results were released by Divisional Commissioner and Board Chairman of Ajmer Division, Mahesh Chandra Sharma, at the Board of Secondary Education office. Also present were Secretary Kailash Chandra Sharma and other board officials.

This year, girls once again outperformed boys. The overall pass percentage for Class 10 was 93.03%. Girls recorded a pass percentage of 93.46%, while boys achieved 92.64%. In 2023, the general pass rate was 90.49%.

*Total Candidates:* 10,60,751 students registered for the examination.

*Pass Percentage:* Increased by 3% compared to last year.

*Division-wise Results:*
 First Division: 5,45,653 students
Second Division: 3,49,873 students
Third Division: 71,422 students

*Supplementary:* 27,797 students received supplementary results.

*Nidhi Jain from Bundi:* Topped the examination with 598 marks out of 600. Her father runs a clothing shop, and there is a celebratory atmosphere at her home.

*Ananya Joshi from Banswara:* Secured 99.50% marks.
*Devis Barala from Sikar:* Also achieved 99.50% marks.

Entrance Exam Results:
The entrance examination saw a pass percentage of 93.03%. Out of 7,059 applicants, 6,843 appeared for the exam, and 5,648 passed. The pass percentage for girls was 84.48%, and for boys, it was 80.27%.

Checking Results:
Students can check their results by visiting the official RBSE website at [rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in](https://rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in). Additionally, results can be checked via SMS by sending RAJ10 followed by the roll number to 5676750 or 56263.

Re-evaluation Option:
Students unsatisfied with their marks can apply for re-evaluation. The dates for this process will be announced shortly after the results.

Official Announcement:
RBSE officials congratulated the students and the entire team for releasing the results on time, despite delays due to Lok Sabha elections. The results took 60 days to compile compared to 50 days last year.
